This Application collects precise information about your mobile device's location when it is open, but this is only shared with us when you upload therequired information.

Usually, RWD may disclose collected information only in exceptional cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to bring legal action against someone, identify, or contact which may be causing injury to or interference with (either

intentionally or unintentionally) RWD's property, or rights, other RWD users, or anyone else that such activities could harm. RWD may disclose collected information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Unfortunately, no data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, RWD cannot warrant or ensure any information you transmit to us via the internet. You do so at your own risk. Once

we have received your transmission, we will use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
